Some help please I am using Website x prof 15 which I have done for sometime. I am having a problem in that the banner for a website is not uploading for an ipad.

It is fine for all the other sizes and the banner displays just fine. I have looked and looked and made sure all the settings for each size are the same and have uploaded it so many times but it still won't show.

What could I be doing wrong please? it all looks fine on my computer when I look at each size all displaying well but I just can't get it to upload?? grrr very frustrating.
