My 12-month update protection is over and I had an update before it is expiring. I don't download it because I don't get time. After 2 days when I tried to update there comes an error message "It was not possible to download files from the incomedia server". Can I know how to update my software?

George, if update protection has expired by more than 2 weeks you can not update WX5. It would probably be wise to turn off "check for updates at program startup".
