I found the free template and clicked on download. It downloaded, but I can't find it on my PC! Tried to download again, but the option is not available anymore.

"Where is it, then?" - Check the download folder of your computer.A better look for and install templates using the program itself.

Tom. did you select this template by starting a new project? 

When I clicked on a template there was a download and install and I was able to preview the site. When I then went to project selection it was the most recent project available.

Just to check I then went and created another new project and the project I previously installed was still available and automatically downloaded and installed as well.

If you did not select the template from within WX5 did you perhaps select it from user templates or the marketplace on this site (in which case it will be in your default download directory as an iwzip, just open WX5, select import and browse to the download directory) or did you perhaps get the template from some other 3rd party site??.

Hi Tom, 

the templates you purchase or download for free on our Marketplace are automatically available in the software. As suggested, you please need to start the program, select "Create a new Project" and look into the "Licensed" folder.
