Placing text in a footer

Hi,
I am beginning to use Website X5 EVO version 16.1.1 after migrating a website from V13.
I can insert text boxes and title boxes into the footer but when I view the resulting the text and headers, they are not visible in the footer. This problem also exists in the header
I have moved them to the front but still no success
Can anyone advise me.

Hello Paul,
Does this happen in all viewports/resolutions? In other words is the text visible when moving from desktop resolution to mobile, or vice-versa?
The header, footer (and sidebar) need to be individually set up for each breakpoint.
If possible, could you please post a link to the site in question, so that we can have a look at the source code?
