Hello Ataur,

To create a multi-step form in WebSite X5 you need to make use of the Separator and Description fields in the Contact Form Object:

https://help.websitex5.com/en/v2019.2/pro/index.html?ins_form_campi.htm

Firstly decide how many sections you wish to have in your multi-step form.  Insert a Separator between the fields in the form where you would like to place a break...  this will automatically insert the necessary 'Next' and 'Back' buttons at the foot of each section.

Place a Description field at the top of each 'section' in your form.  This will inform the user of their progress as they work their way through the form.  For example, "Step 1 of 4".

The contact form on my website was built using WebSite X5 Pro with no custom coding.  It shows a multi-step form (without progress descriptors, through personal choice).

Hope this helps, but I strongly recommend reading the WebSite X5 help file thoroughly.  The help file for WebSite X5 is very detailed and comprehensive.  There is even a feature dedicated exclusively to the Contact Form Object, which will guide you further on how to create a multi-step form (check out the section entitled 'How to create an online form using tabs'):

How to work with the Contact Form Object

Kind regards,

Paul
