Has anyone experienced some issues with the PayPal payment process?
I mean, getting this message (link below) when using the PayPal's PAY BUTTON (last step in the ORDERING process).

I'm asking you this because I'm experiencing some issues with my PayPal account (i.e. can not update the Credit Card info). I have contacted PayPal's technical support 3 days ago, but no answer from them (as expected).

Stefano says it should be the PayPal's glitch - and I'm willing to know has anyone detected that any of the PayPal's services are not working right?
