Not Possible to Complete Download

After downloading the WebSite X5 pro, I have attempted to "create a new project". I am directed to template selection and am receiving the message "It is not possible to complete download". I am choosing free templates so I know they work and to conserve credits while figuring this program out.

Please try temporarily disabling any antivirus software and firewall, as these can sometimes interfere with the downloads.
Also, please ensure that you run WebSite X5 as an 'Administrator' with elevated privileges.
