Website X5 Site Load Speeds

Really struggling with the load speed of the Website X5 sites. I have optimised everything I can about the attached site for example, reducing load time from 25 seconds according to this report. But the reality is nearer 45 seconds which really isn't really acceptable. Worse on mobile. See here https://gtmetrix.com/reports/topek.co.uk/tEFRyU2z
I moved the hosting from A2Hosting to One.com in the hope of faster speeds but no great win there either.
Pain areas are:
Optimize images F (0) AVG SCORE: 71% IMAGES HIGH
Leverage browser caching F (4) AVG SCORE: 61% SERVER HIGH
Add Expires headers F (0) AVG SCORE: 27% SERVER HIGH
Make fewer HTTP requests F (21) AVG SCORE: 31% CONTENT HIGH
Use a Content Delivery Network (CDN) F (0) AVG SCORE: 27% SERVER MEDIUM
Minify JavaScript and CSS F (0) AVG SCORE: 72% CSS/JS MEDIUM
Please advise on how to sort these - particularly the 5 outside of optimising images.

Loaded in seconds on my mobile. Your home page is fairly long, are you sure the speed tests are not misleading because the total time is for loading portions of page not visible. I loaded and scrolled your page as quickly as possible. It seems very responsive.
