Is this error appearing when trying to update the Object list or when trying to update the software? There might be something on your machine blocking the connection, but if this is about the software update, there is always a workaround for it.

If you need to download the latest version of the software, please download the Setup file from the "Downloads" section of your Help Center profile. This allows you to installed the most updated version available for you
