Subcategory: How to remove unnecessary level name under the Menu bar?

Unnecessary white line with the new level folder name (departamentos) appears under the menu bar. Does anyone have a clue how I am able to remove the category name? I have attached an image of the preview. Which I believe is on the background page.
Also It only appears on the pages created under the folder name departments on the sitemap, thank you!

In the first instance check that the Page Title is switched off in Step 2 Template > Template Settings > Text, Field and Button Style > Page Item > Page Title > Style > Visible
i.e. checkbox not ticked as per the screenshot below:
