Problems, problems, what is this imEmailForm.php open request

I have read a few other questions pertaining to this and they are confusing. I have version 19.2.9.
The contact form on my test website when clicking send now opens up a dialog:
Do you want to open imEmailForm.php and imEmailForm (1).php.
And it does not forward the customer data in an e-mail. It just wants to open an unrealated program
on my computer.
It did work before. As did the shopping cart, which now no longer goes from step 3 to step 4.
Version 19.1.something did not have these problems. What happened to the program?
And how do I fix both of these issue. Keep it low to medium tech, not crazy script writing stuff.

This is only my test site. It is not meant to be pretty. You can go onto the blocks pages to drop things into the cart.
And the contact page has a contact form. (These are my two major glitches that suddenly happened.)
I just started reading on Website X5's website about the 19.2 and 19.1 upgrades. Seems that things were changed
in the cart, and with the PHP Mailer. Which are the two problems I am incurring. From your website:
June 19.2
We've improved the layout, added new options (regarding the style of the purchasing process steps, for example),
and refreshed certain libraries (add/remove from shopping cart button, new items and discounts banner, etc.)
which allow you to customize the design of your Product Sheets and shopping cart pages.
Order confirmation e-mail Pro only
We've introduced the option of choosing whether the order confirmation e-mail should be sent from
the shopping cart before or after the payment is made.
April 19.1
PhpMailer Update
The PhpMailer class used to send e-mails has been updated for better compability with hosting providers.
THUS: could those upgrades be related to my problem?
Here's a little history: I practiced with your program from around July 2018 to March 2019. I found what I needed to do, how to make the cart work the way I needed, started mastering some of the little things that can be changed in the program. In March 2019, I had
things working the way I needed, so I outlined and started writing pages for my main site, which is the .com
version of the name. From April to Oct, I wrote about 220 pages. The main site has 6 to 8 main contact type forms,
and a few mini-contact forms. And a shopping cart for over a dozen brands of products. As I was working on the
main site, I had only tested a tiny number of things on my test site. No need to test the cart function or contact
form since I had those working and learned what I needed. I kept allowing the software to upgrade every time an
upgrade flashed on the screen. So when I had all of that working, the generator was Website X5 ver 17.something.
With the upgrades into ver. 19, something obviously went wrong. Because now the site is uploaded with 19.2.9.
So I tried all the forward and back stuff I could. I just grabbed my last saved version in ver. 17 format and
uploaded that. Of course it is now a 19.2.6 version since it uploaded, and it is doing the same things.
I am pretty sure this is a program glitch. Not a project glitch.
And in your June 19.2 upgrade, it says something about the order confirmation e-mail having an "option" of
sending before or after payment. I do not see any switch in the software to pick before or after. Could that
contribute to the error, because it is potentially PHP related? Yes, no?
I hope this gives you enough info to investigate. I will be standing by.
Hello John,
I am going to close this thread so that we can continue on your other current thread (https://helpcenter.websitex5.com/es/post/218370) as your issues are directly linked.
Kind regards,
Paul
