More possibilties in Language Choice?

There are 8 options for language in Language Choice I just bought (8 credits). 3 are preloaded: English, German and Italian. The other 5 are open. How can I add for instance Dutch? For the time being I cannot see how and cannot find any instructions about this.
If there are now possibilities now, I feel like I bought a "pig in a poke”, a tool that is not useful. But maybe more language options are foreseen for the future?

I think they should make this more clear in the shop.

Maar als je bij naam Nederlands invult en zelf een vlaggetje toevoegt dan ben je er volgens mij al. Maar ik heb het object niet dus kan het niet testen.
