Mandar, I will assume you are allowing WX5 to update on program launch. Please go to your profile and select download then select the latest version to install WX5 (you can also retrieve your license details from this menu).

If this is not successful, can you  temporarily uninstall (or totally disabled) any 3rd party anti-virus, malware, firewall or vpn.

If this still does not work, please right click on the installer and run as administrator.
