Unable to Save New Project

I started a new project based on a template ("Clinic" under health and medical) which I then altered. On saving, I get an error message as follows:
New Project
An error occurred while saving the file.
Access to the path 'dpr49088gys6dwz2k2qhq9rfkt0noapj' is denied.
I get the same error if I try to export to file. Not ready to try to upload to the internet. Internet connection is very strong on checking. Please advise on how to fix this issue.

Hello.Check access rights to files and folders of the project.They must be writable.
Temporarily disable antivirus and firewall.
. . . . and please make sure you are not saving/working from a virtual folder (eg one-drive)
