Should you decide to handle Comments with the WebSite X5 system, they can be moderated internally with your admin panel.

If you want to use the Facebook system, you will need to integrate additional code to implement the moderation functionalities which require further configuration.

The topic linked by Jiper can be of help since it shows the solution taken by a user who wanted to achieve the exact same

Alternatively, simply use the WebSite X5 system which already has this system integrated
