Wait a second. I think it's some of my products that creates this error. I have been moving around with the products, and the error happens  no matter what product i choose...

I've found out that it have something to do with the pictures. The error happens when I have linked pictures to the product..

In the image, text and menu names these are interpreted as HTML when published on the net.... DO NOT USE SYMBOLS in the menus e.g. 139,- menuen (The comma)

Comma's, apostrophes are used in HTML and if you insert these items in your names of JPG's or MENUS etc.... this will alter anything on your page without you realizing it!!

I have known a single "APOSTROPHE" destroy an X5 Cart rendering it useless!!

Please check all your text, images and menus for symbols inside of the cart area!!

Thank you for the answer :) - Unfortunately, this didn't solve my problem. Hovever, I've found out that everytime i add pictures for the products, it gives me this error, so I'll just remove the pictures until this is fixed.

The problem was this: In translation I had the "Total price" set to "Pris" then the system can't figure out what the totale is, because I gave the wrong information...

Now it works! :)

Woohps, i got the fail again when adding pictures :P - It IS the pictures that makes this error.....

NEW INFO!: The shipping/payment method is automatic set from your last order. If you do not click theese again, the system can't define the price regarding shipping and payment. And therefore it gets an error in step 4.

If I choose which Shipping/payment method I want to use, it works great! - Strange!!

En mi caso, el problema empezo ayer. Si se trata del software, seguramente pronto habrá más usuarios con incidencias. Quizás seamos solo los primeros!

Hi Samantha!

Thank's for the quick response. I have done what you said, exporting the files in C:\Program Files\WebSite X5 v9 - Evolution\Res - and Im' so sorry for being such a time consumer, but the files dosn't work. I have deleted all of the content online and exported again, but it dosen't work. Have tested at 3 computers, 2 which haven't visited that page before.


Dosen't even work locally in the test browser... - I have restarted the program twice, and exported the files twice.

Hello,

I've tested your cart on http://flammen-kolding.dk/Udafhuset/ and I see that you still have the old version of the files. That's why the cart is not working properly.

You should replace the files in the "res" folder with the one you find attached here: http://answers.websitex5.com/post/22554/comment/2/attachment

Then reload your project and press CTRL + Preview and export again the entire site online.

In the end, to make sure your browser reloads the site, go to your home page and press CTRL+F5.

That's it. Wink
