the new 2020.1 version we optimized the cart process to let it more modern. In the checkout page, we added a sideblock to let the user be able to immediately see the order details. Via this new sideblock user could also proceed to the next steps avoiding to scroll the page, especially if he added many products in the basket.
In the event user scrolls the page to have a look at the products inserted, it is important to let him be able to proceed to checkout without have to back to the top of the page. This is a good practice to optimize sells.

About the Agreement condition, user can confirm only one just because they are related to the same one.

Just one check box is enough to do the validation...
If the cart is more modern, not useful to be more confuse.

It seems this behaviour does not exists from a new project but just only during a project update. So in this case it seems to be a bug during update

Pls double check from your side.

Hi, tested a new project and I can see the checkbox. Please check you entered a text for the agreement condition. If you want, let me have a test empty project so I can check it.

Like I sadi for a new project you have ONE checkbox and for updated project you have TWO.

Ask to Stefafno. He has project in hands for other issues.
