Preview does not work, again!  en

I have the latest Pro version v2020.1.8 and again, the project preview shows a blank page. I say Again since I reported the case with the 2019 version. With the first v.2020 release the preview worked fine, but suddenly during the ordinary web development from one day to the next, it faield again. Previuos project version failed also.

FYI latest windows update is 2020-04 Acumulative Windows 10 VErsion 1909 x64 (KB4550945)

I need a solution!

Ramón, for my benefit. Did the preview ever work in v2020.1.8 or did it stop working when you upgraded from v2020.1.7?

Since there have been a number of reports I must assume it is a problem, but I have never had this issue (touch wood) so have not needed to find a workaround if there is one.

(I have experienced this in the past but was able to fix the issue by restarting windows because an update was pending. I also run NO 3rd party anti-virus, malware, firewall or VPN. I would love Incomedia to report whether they believe this is a software conflict or a hardware conflict)
