Shopping Cart order summary title no t appear in Phone/Mobile View

Hi,
Need your kind assistance. The title "Order Summary" does not appear in Mobile View. My customer seems to be confused if they order from the phone.
This is how it would look like in PC:-
However in Phone the title "Order Summary" does not appear. Most of customer mistakenly that the price reflected is for the unit price of the product selected. Image below view from mobile phone:-
Appreciate if you would be able to assist.
