Dennis, Just name the table something familiar like "Users" when setting up..  Not sure of hosting provider, but I can help if you use Ionos..    You have to set up data management first, then the access management. I never set up a Db before now and still dont know that much about them, but you can go in and edit lines like users logins and edit values like to validate their email addresses if the control panel doesnt do it..

This is my Db settings  with a couple of numbers edited out.. Description is a familiar name, host is usually found within hosting Co.  then Db name and Db user name and Passwd,  similar settings go into the access management with the pull down menu  should be populated.  Im not very good at explaining things, but hope thiss helps?? feel free to email -   email  below in pic..
