Telegram created create a link to start a call/message does not function

In the template section, creating a link to start a call/message for Telegram does not function. The link does not perform the required function, instead it simply takes you to https://telegram.org/
This is embarssaing as users are disoriented. The problem is identifiable directly from the program. However, the malfunctioning can be seen on www.paradigmarks.com

N.B:- The program is full of so many bugs and defects that places serious doubts on its quality. es: uploaded images doesn't show in preview; both ftp and stp upload continuously flag errors; etc.

Unfortunately the link to your site is not working as your server appears to be malfunctioning at the moment:
I've tested the Telegram link feature (in the Template section) in a test project on your behalf, and it worked correctly.
The most likely explanation for it not working in your own case is an invalid entry in the field entitled 'Account name':
This must be set to the name of your account. If it is set to an invalid value (such as your phone number) then the link will resolve to https://telegram.org/ as oppposed to https://telegram.me/
