Hello J. Prakash,

Please also be aware that if you are using version 2020 of WebSite X5 then MySQL 5.7 is the minimum supported version.  Your screenshot references MySQL 5.6 (Percona)

Try deleting all site files from the hosting and re-uploading the entire site (completely).
Do you see blog articles in preview?

Hello Prakash

The website, once uploaded, will attempt to connect to the Database.

The message you are receiving does not indicate that the Database credentials are wrong. The error indicates that the server does not have the necessary PHP modules needed to connect to the Database. Please have your hosting provider look into this so that they might allow your website to connect to the database correctly.

Again, the credentials are probably fine. This is a hosting's configuration issue

Keep me posted here after

Thank you

Stefano

It seems the PHP version is incompatible with the ioncube loader so file and we have also noticed that your script is using (allow_url_include) has been removed from PHP 7.4 so you need to re-write the script with the help of your developer.

As you are on a shared hosting server, we can't upgrade the Ioncube loader for now because this is a server wide settings.

Can you please check this with your developer and try to re-write the script. You can also refer the below forums:

Please have a check now.

Hello Prakash

I've notified the developers about the matter with PHP 7.4 since no incompatibility was found. They will now verify this more in-depth. For the moment, I can only suggest downgrading the PHP version to PHP 7.3 which is guaranteed to work.

About the ioncube loader issue, that is another issue. Unfortunately, it is something completely unrelated to the software. If there's any kind of issue with it, I'm afraid that you will need to work around it with your hosting provider since the code generated by WebSite X5 is a standard code that is made to work with most basic PHP installations. If this tool uses some kind of particular configuration, it will need to be sort out there and not in the software

Please verify all of this and keep me posted here

Thank you

Stefano
