Please Can someone help in Login Status widget to show that a client is login when and after Registration.

This isn't a standard feature in WebSite X5, but if you are using WebSite X5's own login/logout facility then you can make use of the PHP variables.
You would need to set the file extension for each page to .php - then use the code in the following thread:

You need to add an HTML object into your private page and to copy one of these codes in PHP (don't forget PHP tags.)
