Hello
I have trouble with contact form sending mail. I tried many variations and read many solution documents. And I also asked my hosting company about this.
I set up as you described above all details like below.
When I connected the X5 control panel and during the testing mail process in many different options giving log error. The test always failing. It is getting me nervous I am working for 3 days and I can't succeed. I believe I am forgetting a small thing but I can't find it.
I also asked these faults reason from Hosting company and waiting for their answers.

Hello Orhan,
It could be one of several things, but there are a few things in particular that I notice straightaway.
1. The use of a Hotmail address. It is always best (if possible) to send email which originates from your own domain. For example, email_at_akcicek.com - otherwise the emails can be seen as 'spammy' by the receiving server.
2. You don't appear to be using SSL/encryption. While this may be OK with your webhost, in many cases it is a problem nowadays, so I would check with your webhost if you are indeed permitted to send email without security.
3. Try using port 465 instead of port 587
4. Check that the PHP Mail command is enabled on your server. This is not always the case. Your webhost will be able to advise you.
Kind regards,
Paul
