Contact form not working

Hi, I am using wesite 5 evo to build my sites, and my browser is Chrome. I have included a contact form on one of my sites www.theweddingparty.info.
I first tried using it with a Captcha (Ithink I spelt that wrong) but the letters to coppy never appeared. I have disabled the Capcha but now evetytime I hit send I get the following message: This page isn’t working
www.theweddingparty.info is currently unable to handle this request.
HTTP ERROR 500
on any body help please?

It looks like the PHP requirements are not met on your server. WebSite X5 uses PHP to send emails.
Ask your webhost to install PHP (a minimum of version 7.1, but more recent versions are preferable) in accordance with the following article:
What are the minimum requirements for the server?
If you still get server errors after installing PHP, then ask your webhost to check the error logs on the server for an indication of the source of the trouble. This is a server issue.
