"Grand total" exclude global discount in customer's confirmation email

I am using Website X5 professional 2019.2.7 - I think it's version 17. My website is booksforlife.today, with a shopping cart.
I set a global discount of 20% with a coupon code. It all worked well except that in the customer's confirmatory emails the resulting value of the discount is shown but then the Grand total below it does not include the discount. The customer may therefore worry that he or she has had to pay the full amount and may contact me for an explanation. In the email sent to me both the discount and the Grand total are displayed correctly. This therefore looks like a software bug.

Hello. If your license has expired, you will not be able to receive the update, even if it is a bug and will be fixed in the new version.
I sent a notification about your question to the company employees, expect an answer from them here in the comments.

Thanks, Aleksej. I look forward to their answer. I realize the bug (if it is one) can't be fixed in my edition. So I've put a note in the confirmation message to my buyers to assure them that any discount has been applied.
Hello Arnold
I've verified this issue in the most recent version of the software and can confirm that this seems to work just fine.
It could be that the issue is specific to the last version you could update to or perhaps the project contains some other issue itself
Have you considered upgrading your version to the latest one? If you did that, you could check whether or not the issue seems solved there
Also, is the issue in the email only? Is the final sum in fact correct? What about the email you receive, is it correct there?
Keep me posted here
Thank you
Stefano

Hi Stefano.
I said in my initial post that the wrong Grand Total figure occurs only in the confirmatory email sent to the customer. In the email which is sent to me to notify me about the purchase, the grand total is shown correctly. That's a bit odd since it looks as though the same code was used for both emails. In any case the amount actually paid includes the deduction correctly.
I don't want to spend money on another upgrade so I'll just continue to advise customers in the website's Success page that any discount was made correctly even though the grand total does not show this.
