Adding Pictures Problem to the Products Page

Hi,
Does anybody have any opinion, why do I have a problem with adding pictures in any of the page content layouts? I should create a page where my main product categories need to be seen under pictures and need to be go to other detailed product pages with a link. But, when I add so many columns and rows, I add image, text etc widgets, but cannot open the image and even the text widgets. Sometimes I need to wait half an hour to open and add any content. They work well if I don't add any columns and rows, but I need to add them.

"when I add so many columns and rows" - I suggest first adding all columns, adding 3-4 rows and filling them with images.Then add a new line and fill it with images and so on.Refill the page gradually and save the project periodically.
