Automatic switch to site under maintenance by a checkbox

Hello,
I should be very nice to have possibility to create a specific page for 'site under maintenance' and by clicking on a checkbox and after export to the provider, this page is automatically displayed by automatic switching of the actuel index.html or index.php by the maintenance page renamed index.html or.php
And by unchecking the box and new export, automatically the website is up
2 yrs or more to have this functionnality ?
