Configerror: Comments and Ratings by opening iwzip file

This week i had to reinstall X5 pro 2 times, and since the last update 3.7 over 10 times. After opening my biggest project (up to 300 pages), i can't save the changes or export the project (error: cannot find the path). There are no problems saving and exporting my smaller projects.
By trying to open the iwzipfile of the project, i get the next error message:
Er is een fout opgetreden terwijl het programma actief was.
Installeer het programma opnieuw s.v.p.
(ConfigError: Comments and Ratings)
When i reinstall X5 without removing X5 from my system, the problem is not solved. After the remove and reinstall the problem is temporary solved.
I am desperated. Please help me. Thanx!!

Do you have empty spaces on your pages, spaces that are not occupied by objects?
Specially in large projects x5 hassels with those.
If so make all pages that they have no empty spaces this is always possible, best is to use margins and alignement, from time to time, if there is truly no other way use an empty html object.
