When I scroll down on my main page a gray drop down appears at the top of the window with the word TITLE and menu options.  I only have one page in my site.  I was able to hide the menu items  but I can not figure out where or how to edit the rest of the drop down.

I would prefer it not to be there at all but at minimum I would like to change the word TITLE  and maybe the background color.

I have searched all over and can not find where to edit.
