Login / Sign in built in forms design, edit external integration
Autor: Kiril KirchevHello, I amd cuurently building my website on X5 Pro 2021 and I am at the stage Log in / Sign in, account managment.
The design of the integrated 'sign in' and 'log in' forms is far away from good. I couldn't find any way to manipulate the pages or objects inside. I downloaded the login object form the market place which is highly limited, but atleast allowed me to edit its elements colors and sizes. The problem is - in case of wrong username or password it immediately redirects me to the built in registration page ( basic design).
I created a database with nessesery fields. It's OK. I could create a simple 'sign in' form with the 'contact form' object too ( but no existing account check)
So my questions are:
1. Is there a way to edit and design the elements in the orginal X5's 'log in' and 'sign in' pages
2. Is there a way to change redirection in case of wrong password to other form then original 'sign in'
3. How could I integrate external 'sign in / log in' form that keeps me signed in for all locked pages

i Kiril,
I had exacly the same problem. That design can't be changed; It's a mess and not representative at all.
Futhermore, each time me or a customer closes the browser, we need to login each time again. There is no remember-me function. Admin says it workd for them, but that's not correct.
About the redirection to another page the, the solution is rather simple - but not on a ongoing version.

It has been a request from many users. It should be really easy to make for the programmers - i guess it could be done in a couple of hours including test.

Thanks for your answers.
I am fighting right now with the integration of external 'login / sign in' system and forms. I will post here updates and links to help other people like me.
I am totally disappointed from Website X5 pro 2021. Five years ago, I bought version 13 pro. Comparing to version 2021 it's quite similar.
E-commerce part is a tragedy ... Search and filter units look like they came from the late 90's .... log in section - no comment, the widgets and gallery for e-commerce products - awful design and user interface ... Ultra limited possibility for designing the most important pages and functions ...
Looks like - badly skilled designers and coders, have been working over the software ...
In case of succesfull integration of logi / sign in, I will start with integration of external gallery with proper zoom option for the products
I think the idea of Incomedia is to charge addional users with objects from the Marketplace. But even there the paid objects are crap.
I will change for another website builder product, as soon as I finish with my current project
I couldn't agree more ...
