Gap between header and object on cell phone

I have two websites one in English and the other in Spanish. The English home page Shows up fine on a desktop pc but it has a gap between header and the page contents on a cell phone. The Spanish site is fine. I've attached screen shots. The site is www.ststephendp.org

? The website is not set to responsive, so i can't see viewport mobile on either one.
check all viewports, set website to responsive.

If I rotate my phone on the English home page the web site looks okay. I compared template structure and margin settings on both English and Spanish and made sure that the English site had the same parameters as the Spanish site. It is only the home page that has this problem; all the other pages appear normal. Is there anything else I should check. I looked at reponsive and that seems that I would have to redesign the sites to show the necessary items depending on the device being used.
Bill, is it possible you played with full height/row settings in the English version of the site? I so, disable it.

That was it Andchanging the full height setting but ut was turned on.re. Thanks alot it was driving me crazy. I don't remember ever changing that setting but that was the problem. Thank you.
