Can't open my project on another pc

This is a query, I bought incomediax5 pro version and installed it on two computers , one at home and the other at work place. every thing was fine as i was able to work out my projects at almost any time. But of recent an failing to open my projects at the home computer. Am given the error of [ This resource has already been purchased, you have not been charged for it].
Is it all about the license or ?

Do you use any additional paid objects or images in the project?
How are you opening the project Simon?
Are you importing the iwzip (good) or opening it from the cloud (frequently problematic)

i normally export my project to a disk and then proceed with my work with the different pc (at work or at home)
Have you tried using the iwzip? You could copy it to the cloud (or USB/disk) at work and then copy it locally when home. Then import.
