Main menu button alignment problem

Hi. I have a problem trying align the buttons in main menu. For some reason the "distance between buttons" settings, do not apply for the distance between the first two buttons.
Furthermore, the alignment options seem to work for the 1st button but not in the same way for the rest.
Please find attached a screenshot in order to help me explain the problem.

The only thing you need to do is delete your website online and reload the entire project again, the codes should go back to normal. Please let me know and by the way, great website! Well done!

Thanks for your positive comments.
Though, your suggested solution was not really helpful, as the problem still persists. Actually, the problem doesn't appear on the online version, but on the preview as well.
Tha main question, is "how can i fix the problem with the distance between the buttons, since the same settings do not apply in the same way for all the buttons
