I am not absolutly sure that this system is very secure and accurate.
How can you verify a birthday date into a field ? If it is the good one or not....

You cannot ask for the ID card to check the date !!! 
and even if the ID card will be the good one with the good date, the user in front of his screen will be an other one person.
