Video in responsive design

How can i set a video in responsive design:
(1) pse check www.actnow.org.in in both desktop and mobile version
(2) when I set a zero header - the video gets almost hidden.
(3) If I set a 70pxl or 100 pxl header just for mobile version it disturns the layout and menu appears twice

Hello. What result do you want to see?
If you want the site header to display the video and all other elements but not on top of the video, then try placing the video object under the header. And hide this object for devices with a large screen width.
