Anything made from an early version shows this message. Cannot load the page index.html (Version 2020.01) I lost a lot of work when I used the shampoo back-up.
I have to work on the one computer (windows 7) and then move it by thumb drive to the second computer (windows 10) to load it.
I guess when you try to work on another version of WebX5 it wont work.
Cannot load the page index.html (Version 2020.01) will not update. Its so frustrating.

You are opening the project on 2 different computers?
To do so, open your project, go to step 5, export project (no need for backups or previews) and this will create an iwzip file. Copy this to the other PC, open WX5 and select import. Browse to the iwzip file and away you go. If the project already exists on this PC it will not get overwritten.
The version of WX5 on each PC must be identical if this is a 2 way transfer, if it is a one way transfer you can import into a newer version.
You are permitted to install one license of WX5 on 2 PC's for your own use but not simultaneously.
If you are simply wishing to export the project and then upload to the internet through a different PC you can do so by select step 5 export to disk and then copy the folder containing the website to the second PC. You could then either open the website (double click on index.html) or upload using the likes of Filezilla.
