Cart does not send order notification

The original cart only used "send data by email". I implemented the database features to capture users data and order status, and also use the "send an email to notify the data has been received".
But the "send email to notify.... isn't working. We must log in to check for new orders. Prefer if the notification did work.
The notifications are not in spam.

Hello. Recheck these settings. Also double check your mail settings.
Delete all sat files from the hosting and re-upload the entire site.

Will have to try the delete and reload next....
