Domain shows expired after 1 day

My domain was transferred and became active today. Site shows expiration of domain is also today (and back in 1969 in another location). I also cannot create email accounts or assign administrators. It does allow me to upload website (so far). Midsouthink.com

Hello. Do you use the hosting that comes with the WebSite X5? If yes, then domain renewal is available at your registrar, and not at the hosting.
"I also cannot create email accounts or assign administrators." - at the moment you cannot create different administrators to access the hosting control panel. You can create up to 5 mailboxes if you have hosting with WebSite X5 Pro.

I do have both hosting and domain with WS X5. Correct dates now appear and I can now setup email. IS there a way to have WS X5 email forwarded automatically to another email address?
