What about directive Omnibus in e-shop? It starts tomorrow and there is no possibility to add the lowest price from the last period near by promo price. As usual eu company is not ready for eu rules....

Does it really normal to be informed by customers. Why Incomedia has never knowledge about regulations ????
It has been the same with GDPR... And it took you 2 years to do something.And actually GDPR is non covered at 100%. May be I was at the beginning of alerting for GDPR long time ago.
So now we need to wait 2 yrs more to fix this !!!
Again it is not acceptable, because in fact you just have discovered this new regulation byt this post.

And not just only pricing & Promos needs to be changed. The customer opinion / feedback needs now to be trusted by a tierce external company

To be honest GDPR issue has been updated into WSX5 after my first alert (and probably I was the first one to alert you because my work was cybersecurity) after the 2 years..... And today, like I said since long time now, TODAY WSX5 is not fully compliant with GDPR....
In fact I had informed Incomedia about this new GDPR European regulation on time and before the dead line. And WSX5 has not been ready on time.
So probably this new Omnibus regulation will not be fixed before long long time. I hope to do a mistake.
And with my differents email exchange with your CEO about different issues, I have well understood how Incomedia is working.... or not working too.

Why this directive has not been worked into proactive mode by Incomedia ? Can you explain WHY SYSTEMATICALLY this kind of information is provided by USERS/CUSTOMERS.
Again it is not acceptable... And now WSX5 is not ready for this new regulation... And I'm willing to bet to say this functionnality will not be ready before next Christmas. Hope to do a mistake
