I have two questions:
1 Does this software support .online?
2. After I uploaded my website which I used the template provide. (Glow Music Fest) it appears that the message does not send to the recepient. Why is that or is it in my setting?

The PHP on this website is "PHP/5.5.38"... not enough as Claudio indicates... ;o)
The online administration panel is also not accessible (https://glowmusicandartfest.online/admin/)

Hi,
Contact your access provider (webhosting) and ask him to set the PHP in version 7.4 (or 8.0) if possible and test... I can't advise you anything else for the moment.
