Cannot access download page.. Notice "To view this page a licence of WebSite X5 Evolution or Compact is requested" appears, I would love to provide the licence, but I do not know how.. No option to choose.. Can someone help? Thank you. Alex.

please note, that no licenses are registeres on the e-mail addresses you are using to access WebSite X5 Answers.
Please, use the e-mail address you have used to register your software.
If you should have any further questions please open a private post and provide your product key. So, we can check the issue.
