My hard drive crashed and the tech squad did a back up of my computer. If I hadn't done a back up of my website lately is there some way to just take the whole file and transfer it and be where I was? I changed my website on 10/29/22 but my last backup (.IWZIP) was in 2020 ( I know, terrible). Did I lose everything or is there a way to resurrect what I did on 10/29/22?

If it's the desargedanceworld.com website, then maybe it's better to start over with a new, more modern template. The texts and images can be reused.
4 years ago I transferred my brother's website to WebSite X5. First I created the sitemap and then I took the text and images from the previous website.
My brother, his wife and the visitors didn't like the old design anymore, it should be modernized. Also, it should be easier to add new pages and it should be usable by beginners, hence the decision to go with WebSite X5 4 years ago.
Edward, assuming you left everything in the default locations you may be able to easily restore your project if you have access to your old documents directory (if you changed default locations the process is the same, but you must first locate your projects).
On the old HD navigate to documents/incomedia/website x5 - pro
This folder should contain all your projects. Copy each of the folders and paste them into the same location on the new HD. If successful, next time you open WX5 you should see your project and be able to open it (this assumes no files were lost or corrupted during the HD crash)
