If you make a order in the shop you get a email confirmation with on the bottem a pay button (see image)

2 questions

1e: is it possible to remove the button from the confirmation e-mail

2e: we use paypal as payment, is it possible to sent the order confirmation e-mail after succes payment of the customer.  
If the payment is not succesfull, the customer is going to the Payment error site and is not getting the order confirmation email.
