Want to renew license and upgrade

I've been waiting to see if any next-gen formats were going to be introduced into Pro version. I am using X5 Pro (2021.5.7) and now I see that you have next-gen photo image capabilities with X5 pro (2023). My current X5 Pro license has expired, but to go with this newer version, will this be just a basic renewal with updates? Would this have to be a complete re-install? Are there any problems with doing this?

"Would this have to be a complete re-install?" - no, this is not necessary.
"Are there any problems with doing this?" - it should be as easy as the other upgrades. However, any update can bring some problems. Or maybe not. After upgrading, I recommend totest the entire site before uploading it to the hosting and after uploading to the hosting.
