Need Help - Can I Place "Anchor" on Specific Video or Specific Text on Website and Get URL That I May Share with Others for Them to be Taken Directly to that "Anchored" Video or Text?

Hi All,

 I need some help/advice re: my Website X5 Pro program.

I know that I am able to place an "anchor" on a video posted on my website; however am I also able to place an "anchor" on a block of text, or other design element on my website?

Additionally, am I then able to retrieve the URL for those "anchors" and give (the resulting URL of the "anchor") them to people, as shortcuts, to take them directly to the "anchored" (video/text block/photo album/other design element, etc. … ) that I want them to see?

If someone would please give me some insight on this, I would really appreciate it.

For the video clip on my website that I was able to "anchor", I was never able to figure out how to retrieve the resulting "anchored" URL/"shortcut" that I could pass along to someone.
