In the "side block" located on a blog page, is there a way to edit the text on that side block by having a space in between what would be the titles in 'recent posts' and Categories? Also, how can each title be underlined? (adding each to be underlined in recent posts and categories)

You use the html <u> and <br>
Like this
It can be made for the title.
It can also be made for the categories, but then you have to make a category with that name and afterwards change all posts from the present category to the category with the code included.

In some fields it is possible to use html - and in some fields it is not possible. Just try if needed.
