This is what my profile say about the type of licence I have! Look at attachment. I copy and paste it from my profile, if this is true then i do not have to buy or renew my licence every year

Your license will be functioning. But you will not be able to upgrade.
Be sure that you have a functioning version when you leave the upgrade.
It is possible to use 2 strategies - but not at the same time:
1 - you can have upgrade-protection which mean you have to pay every year. Price is about half the price of buying a new license every year.
2 - you can buy a license and are then entitled to upgrade within a year. Thereafter the program will still function but you will stay on the version you have when the upgrade period expired.
If you use the 2, then this method will be cheaper than 1 if you buy a new license every second year (maybe with discount) or every third year or....
As long as new functions come every 5. year, then method 2 will be the cheapest. You can buy a new license when new essential functions is implemented and you need these new things.

The reason i ask was I bought a bundle of five software with WebSite X5 Pro and 4 others software can i use that licence or will that a void it
If you bought the software at INCOMEDIA it will be a "lifetime" license. No matter if it was bought together with other software.
You can see in your account when the update expires.
In the attached I can see your license has expired. But you should still be able to use the software.
I can see this: Active until 12/08/2023
But is not sure if it expired i august or will expire in december - because of the foolish american date-formatting.
I have the license up to 2021.4 PRO and today I continue to use Website X5 easily, naturally without the updates

the program stays active forever, but the license does expire after one year after its activation date. Until then, you will be able to keep receiving all the updates and new versions we release, and you have access to 12 months of included hosting too.
You will then have the possibility to choose if you want to extend the license or not: if you do, you will be able to keep receiving updates for a further year. Still, you can also decide not to extend it. If your license isn't active, you can keep working with the version you own, but unfortunately you won't be able to receive any updates or new versions. You can also decide whether to extend the hosting service.
