First of all, you should use a domain email address, that is, if the domain of the website is called mydomain.com, then the email address ***.

Secondly, the script type for sending emails under "5 Export / Export of the website to the Internet / Parameters / Email" should be suitable for the web space used, i.e. if the selection "PHP Mailer (recommended)" does not work, then test a different script type. For my website I selected “Standard Script” and the email delivery worked.

Since I don't run a shop myself, the moderators or shop operators would have to help with practical tips. But maybe it would also work for the shop if the emails also worked via the contact form.

Unfortunately the forum software turns the email addresses into ***, so I replaced the @ with (at), but of course the email address must have an @.

If you want the emails to go to non-domain email addresses, set up email forwarding with your web hosting provider, e.g.:

contact(at)mydomain.de >> myname(at)gmail.com
