Can I take and order for a product to be downloaded in the future

I create Karaoke Songs from any song. I want the buyer to pay for the song before I begin processing it. However, it may take me several days to finish processing the song which I want the buyer to be able to download when I have finished the processing.
Listing the product as a Digital product requires the product (song) to be completed and on my hard drive when purchased.
Is there a way to to 'take an order' for a product to be delivered at some date in the future?

Hello. You can sell something like "certificate". Create a picture on which you write something like: “Thank you for your purchase. Your song will be ready within 5 days. You will receive it in your email as soon as it is ready.” The client will buy the product and receive this picture by email. And then you send him the song.
